Clearly, I've been watching more than the usual TV. The package/JD thing goes back to the RS:INXS taping when JD didn't know what a 'rolled package' was, and tried to hide his "package" from Dave Navarro. #8? Lyrics to Marty's song "Trees". #5 needs no explanation, right?
