Oscar - Last Three

Best Actress -- I have to admit it's pretty cool to see some of the legends that were past winners stand up on stage and praise the work of tonight's nominees. It's pretty amazing and I LOVE the fact that it's not scripted. Or, maybe, less scripted. Cheers for that.

Angelina Jolie (Changeling) - 2
Melissa Leo (Frozen River) - 2
Meryl Streep (Doubt) - 4
Kate Winslet (The Reader) - 7

Huzzah! GramTuna gets her very own tinfoil Oscar statuette, just as soon as I can find some tinfoil.

Thanks for the great coverage - way more fun this way.

I'm ashamed that I missed double digits this year. Next year, I'll have to remember not to cheat off the fake memo listing the winners that is leaked online. Perhaps I'll even try seeing the films before making my picks. Thanks again, Tuna, for this annual fun!

Your coverage is always interesting.

You've seen a lot of movies; I'd be interested in seeing some kind of Tuna Review, not necessarily on every one. Perhaps you could just select a few as Best Ones, Most Disappointing Ones .... something like that. Lists, with perhaps a few bullet comments.
