Update on operation Write Stuff, 2003
The Cheese - Amazingly, the Cheese ended up writing me mere moments before I wrote him. Tres Coincidence. I need a bigger chunk of time that isn't so close to midnight to properly respond to his email. In the meantime, I sent him a quickie telling him thanks for the note, and there would be more later. I need to put some thought into this one.
The Veep - This one is a little troubling. No response. It could be that he got the email late, or he was out of the office, or he is pissed as hell at me. Take your pick. I'm not going to get too worked up about it until I know what's up.
The Rev - Success! Response came in at about 11:30pm Mitten time. Yay team. I sent him back a quick spasmastic email saying hey, and trying to find out where he is going to be next when he leaves San Diego tomorrow. The Rev is the best. **Mwah**
The Desert Conductor - Test balloon has been launched. All systems are on a guarded lookout for an indication of the current climate.
Tenor Boy - Response again! This was another surprise. It will be interesting to hear what's up with Tenor Boy, although he did manage to mention in his opening volley that he bought a 7-foot Steinway. *sigh* I have grand piano envy. It's not good.
The Snow Conductor / The Snowy Fiddler - I turned into email stalker trying to figure out the Snowy Conductors email address. I made about twelve guesses, and finally hit on one that didn't bounce back. I haven't heard any official response, but I'm hopeful.

So, that's my progress. Not bad for a Monday, eh?
