J IS FOR STUFF

For your consideration I bring you two websites of stuff. Stuff you need. Stuff you want. Stuff you need and want even though you may not know that you need and want it yet. But make no mistake, when you see these slick advertising campaigns, you'll fall and you'll fall hard.

Japander Noun -- 1. A Western star who uses his or her fame to make large sums of money in a short time by advertising products in Japan that they would probably never use. 2. to make an ass of oneself in Japanese media.

Think of this as Lost in Translation without the boring parts. It just goes to show you that the film could have been uproariously hysterical and successful in thirty-seconds or less. So many favorites here, especially multiple Sean Connery offerings, A Madonna who purrs "I'm still pure" and Harry Connick Jr., peddling the same Santory whiskey as seen in the Bill Murray snooze-a-rama.

Catprin -- Tailor for Cats -- I just don't know what to say about this one at all. They are little collars and hats for your cat to play dress up. Especially great are the instructions for maximum enjoyment of this product:

1. Dress her up. Cheer or yell, do whatever you like to enjoy the moment with your family.

2. After you are enough with your joy, take a photo! Take some poses and leave her some cute photos!

3. Remove her clothes and give her a hub [sic], say "Thank you!"

After looking at some of the photos, it's clear that the cat wasn't briefed on the concept ahead of time. Most of their ears are squashed flat against their head as if to say "Take this freaking thing off now before I scratch your eyes out." Besides that, if you read the instructions above without benefit of website for explanation, the whole thing sounds a bit tawdry, don't you think?

Well, this has been fun. AAAAAIIIEEEEEE (<---- yelling to enjoy the moment)

A big hub to one and all. "Thank You!"
